    Team Stratosphere,

    Lets start using this forum to communicate. Dr. Mayer can communicate with us here if need be, and whenever someone posts something it sends a notification to everyone's email. This should help out with communication issues.

    For starters, I was thinking whenever someone schedules a meeting, add it to the Team's Google calender and post about it in this topic. Chris, Megha and I all have the ability to add calender events to the team's calender.

    If you've got a smartphone, I'd recommend putting a Google Calender widget and an e-mail widget somewhere on your homescreens; that way checking the calender/email for meeting reminders is easier. I can help configure e-mail access to the SIUE mail servers if you need me to.

    I am not sure where you got this time from but I have been corresponding with Dr. Fujinoki and the meeting has been scheduled to be at 2:00 pm tomorrow.

    What: Jared is going to be available on Saturday to let me in to the server room in the tutor lab so I can reinstall Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS on the Cloud server.

    When: Saturday (November 9) at 1:00 PM

    Where: The tutor lab on the 1st floor.

    What: Delivering the Portfolio to Dr. Mayer. He wants it delivered by no later than 4:00 PM on Monday. Trying to get Dr. Fujinoki to sign our documents.
    When: Monday (December 10, 2012) from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
    Where: We can meet in the Senior project lab, then go to Dr. Mayer's office. If Dr. Fujinoki is available around this time we can take the opportunity to meet him as well.
