We need to finalize the Project Plan / Project Specification and get it submitted for approval ASAP.
For the project specification:
Make sure that non-functional and functional requirements have been properly broken up and any missing requirements are added.
Pictures are a mess.
Make sure they're all in their own two-row, one-column tables.
Make sure every Figure / Table has the correct name, e.g. if it's the first picture that occurs in Section 1.2.3, it should be Figure 1.2.3.1. Section numbers were updated, so figure numbers might be out of date.
Also, make sure they're placed in a good position - right at the start of a section is NOT a good position
If a table / figure was taken from Dr. Fujinoki's documents, give the Document, page #, and a short description of what it is.
Make sure that all the section headers have the correct numbers, since a lot of sections were added.
Functional requirements need some attention.
Change the revision date (in the table and title page) to the current date before finalizing. There should be no need to write a new version in the table, since the last set of changes were internal (wasn't submitted to Dr. Mayer or Dr. Fujinoki).
Update table of contents. Add page numbers.
Save as a PDF and add page breaks as necessary to control dangling headers. Page numbers probably will need to be adjusted so that they match the correct positions in the PDF.
For the project plan:
The project specification was changed, which means our milestones need to be updated with the correct version of the spec, and the correct requirements in the spec. This should only be done AFTER the spec is finalized.

For the Project Plan besides just the formatting issues, the test cases also need to be finalized. I added a more detailed description for some of the test cases we already had listed. I will be working on it more today evening to have a final revision ready by tomorrow for submission. I would appreciate if everybody could look over those and add anything else they feel is needed.

I changed the calenders and weekly schedules in the project plan, and fixed up the plan and spec (set page #s according to pdf and fixed the "dangling headers"). The new version of the project plan and spec are available in their respective folders in the SVN.
Take a look at it, see if there's anything that needs to be changed.
If not, it should be ready to submit for approval.
