#9 legacy2bsml: missing required module

Commit 3931 (to app/Prism/shared/Annotation/SequenceUtil.pm) introduced the usage of the module JCVI::Translator::Utils which I can't seem to find in any of the available repositories. SequenceUtil.pm is used (at least) by legacy2bsml. Without the JCVI::Translator::Utils module, this functionality will fail.

Is this module publically available?
