References to registration (as in splash screen and Information menu) should be removed and the GNU public license (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/) should be displayed instead.

Jason set the project info to display

but I propose to use the ordinary GPL instead: The main difference is that LGPL software (mostly libraries) allow to be linked to closed source programs. I don't think we well need this.

Speak with Jason (jjspofford@users.sourceforge.net) before adding the license text!
