The Documentation primeShuffle.pdf is now up to date and describes the implementation.

First running version submitted, but the algorithm will be changed in the next steps! So don't use it to crypt something, because it is not possible to enter a password and it is NOT SECURE at this time. Entering a password will be implemented soon and give the first usable version.
