#26 pick_discriminative_primers probably not working

Trying to use pick_discriminative_primers, all the primers returned have a 'PROBLEMS' tag associated, containing 'Overlaps target' message. I believe this could be caused by some off-by-one error, when the FORCE_ENDs are set to overlap the target.

    Actually this is not a bug, its a feature! :-)

    But I agree that this is a stupid design decision (by me) creating always this error. I changed the behavior in version 2.4.0 in such way that primers will not overlap the target but border it instead.

    I consider this ticket closed.
