Bug: If primer3 is used to validate primers by putting them in primer_left_input and a given sequence it does not do it if the primer is not in the size limits. Also if the primer_pick_anyway is 1.

It would be good if we would have a way to analyse a primer pair with and without a sequence and to get all calculatable parameters (TM GC SELF ANY etc).

It would be also great if it could handle a list of primers for forward and for reverse and return the best pair.

    Works in Primer3Plus and in Primer3, except the last issue, the list.
