add Gaussian Blur empty shell filter and controller
warning fix, NSImage is returned and is enough
check for nil before accessing method returing a struct
if there is no image, initialize Image Size to zero size for safety
if image is nil do not resize, since we get a bogus ratio
tighten scope of loop variable
