This is a tiny module for embedding in a replica M41A prop from the Alien series of movies.

Based around the PIC32MX695F512H chip it has 512KB of flash for sample storage, a 12 bit DAC module and 1.8W audio power amplifier, dual 14.4mm red 7-segment LED display, plus a whole host of additional features.
