#3 project homepage broken

The sourceforge web space does not permit the apache to
alter text files while executing php scripts (I had
this error on my project web site with Advanced Poll
2.0.3 from http://proxy2.de/scripts.php\). You will have
to use the MySQL databases of SF to fix this.
