The baseline requirements include an assessement for
the four quadrants of the abdomen: AbdLL, AbdLU,
AbdRL and AbdRU.
Some applications only collect one assessment for the
abdomen.
To accommodate collecting a single assessment for the
abdomen, a new tag, Abd, is needed.
