#68 DisplayLib.getBounds errs when display is zoomed

Hi,
I've recently noticed that the DisplayLib.getBounds function doesn't provide the correct bounding box when the display's scale is other than 1. It appears to provide progressively worse bounding boxes as the zoom increases.
