The latest release currently available here is the 2.1.5 release that was in existence prior to PREDICT being moved to SourceForge. This has a limit of 24 satellites hard coded into it.

The CVS contains an updated version with support for 36 satellites as supplied, and which can easily be increased to support up to 32,767 (2^15-1) satellites simply by changing a single line.
