Such functionality actually exists for the user. When the user logs in, and clicks on 'Settings' (it is a link right beside 'logout', mostly always at the top right), he will see a 'Change Password' pod, right on top of 'Out of Office' pod. The only reason you won't see this is if you have integrated Precurio with the active directory, in which case the user management is left to the AD administrator.

Sorry about the confussion. What i am referring to is:
1. The option for users to retrieve their passowrd in case they forget
2. Option for admin to reset users' password
