#3 List of fields when creating a Transaction includes next*ID

When creating a new transaction for a BO that contains
a list of other BOs itself, then the list of fields that may
be added to the constructor of the transaction included
the next(ListName)ID-fields. I guess this is not as
intended, because those fields are for internal use only,
right?
