As announced on Freecode, prcs2hg milestone 1.0x1 is just out. It can convert a PRCS project to Mercurial revisions.

It requires a working prcs command to extract versions from a PRCS repository. The restored 'k' versions of PRCS are also provided with prcs2hg.
