How about PRCS on WebDAV?

I just thought about modifying PRCS to use WebDAV for a backend storage. Is there anyone interested in this idea?

  Oops, I just forgot that PRCS is built on RCS, which works on local files. But with WebDAV, we must use a GET-modify-PUT transaction for updating a file, we can still use RCS!
