#6 make difficulty on RH 7.2 - fixed

This is a (success) followup on my previous post of
'make difficulty on RH 7.2'

I tried the stock compiler which came with RH 7.2 and
that did not work (see first post).

I tried gcc-3.0.3 compiler and that did not work (see
followup on first post - sorry about the double post)

Then I went back (?) to gcc-2.95.3 and reinstalled that
on my RH 7.2 (I had it installed on 6.1 before).

[root@hoho0 src]# gcc --version
2.95.3

--- This version of gcc successfully does the config,
make, and install of prcs-1.3.1
