Very strange - I've never seen anything like that happen. It makes no sense, the (software) renderer just doesn't work that way. D_Display calls R_RenderPlayerView then ST_Drawer then HU_Drawer, so the idea that walls (and only walls - what about flats and everything else R_RenderPlayerView draws?) could be drawn over the HUD is nonsensical. Plus, the way screenshots work is to read the current SDL surface and put it in a file, once everything's been drawn.

I made a few half-hearted attempts to reproduce the effect in trunk - running round taking screenshots and so forth - but no luck. Not really sure what to do, sorry.
