is there a chance that prboom+'s OpenGL renderer will receive neat dynamic lighting features at some point, like e.g. gzdoom or vavoom?
Only if someone implements it :)
It was just an idea. Since GZDoom's OpenGL renderer is already selectable from the settings menu, I believed it should be possible to add its dynamic lighting features as well...
