#231 menu fonts should not mix up in chex or hacx

Currently, if Chex or Hacx are started with a complete prboom-plus.wad (including the "non-free" menu graphics lumps) then the menu entries in the Options and Setup menus are made up of different resources (Doom and Chex/hacx artwork, respectively). The attached patch avoids this.

This will happen with every wad, which replaces menu graphics without replacing specified for prboom lumps. I'll remove all these 'advanced' menu graphics for release. It's already done for test builds here
