#139 Forced disconnection right after login
We've been using this Praya package for a quite a while
and have become somewhat dependent on it. Now
unfortunately we get a :
<from Yahoo! Pager (online) Yahoo Pager has closed
your connection.>
Message immidiately after logon now. Perhaps Yahoo!
changed their protocol?
The YahooID used doesn't seem to affect the problem.
Any ideas?

Would you make sure that your bug report contains all of the
following pieces of information which are necessary for
investigating the issue that you are having:
1) The version number of praya that you are using (as reported in
the about box) as well as the operating system and version of
Java if this might be a platform specific bug.
2) A sequence of steps that I can take to reproduce the problem
3) Information about how repeatable this is (does it happen: all
of the time, some of the time, once in a very rare while)
4) The behavior that you observed, including the exact error
messages displayed, if any
5) The behavior that you expected
This information will help us diagnose the issue you are having
and will make it easier for us to help you.

This may be related to some recent changes in the Yahoo
protocol. Since it sounds like you are using Praya as a
library, would you try to get the latest sources from CVS
and see if they fix the problem? If they do, then this
seems like a good reason to cut another release.

My initial theory, that this had to do with the "2 cookie"
change which I made somewhere around Mon Jul 8 06:32:50 2002
UTC, may or may not be correct. I am reassigning this to
Iggy because he is working on a subsequent problem which
came up with similar symptoms. Iggy, what is your opinion?
