#1 Problems running ./configure && make

Hi,

I'm working to compile yux - I have two issues:

1) When expanding Yux, there's a dependency upon a specific version of automake. In ubuntu - that's not exactly easy to remedy. I've replaced the symbolic links with the current version on my system which is automake 1.10, but during installation - that should be a configuration step rather than something a user should have to manually manipulate.

2) It won't compile under the current version of g++:
