#163 rico.js throws error message

The version of rico.js included in the current CVS
(1.1.0) throws errors.
In Firefox: "Rico.Effect has no properties" in rico.js,
line 1157.
In Internet Explorer: line 1158 "Rico.Effect is null or
not an object"

The updated version 1.1.1 does not show this behaviour.
Please include this bugfix release in PRADO.
