PQAdmin 0.6 was released!

In this release:

- user's quota statistics and history improvements
- initial support for configure Printbill
- better quota management with new interface

PQAdmin version 0.3 was updated due bug fixes.

Some bugs are found in newest PQAdmin release (0.3). I was fixed program crashes loading required perl modules.

A link to PQAdmin Bugs System was added to fixed release providing a easy way to submit new bugs.

I encourage all PQAdmin users to update to this version which support all Printbill 4.x versions.
