#2 Improved SmartPhone support

This is tested with MOTO Q9h Windows Mobile 6 Smartphone
Changes are
- Add Exit to menu
- Change CeFrame size calculations for menubar. (already done by windows)
- Changed NoteBook.selection setting to set focus to the pages
- bind tab control up/down keys to set focus to page

Changes are done in override fashion instead of directly modifying source of pocketpygui. However, it should be trivial to compare and integrate.
Still notice some size strangeness with regards to the combo boxes. Will address this later.
