Your log shows these events;

1.  the pppd radius plugin (radius.so) calls sprintf,

2.  the fortify wrapper detects buffer overflow, delivers signal to
pppd,

3.  pppd terminates,

4.  pptpd terminates.

You might also look for attack data from the client using tcpdump.
