No problems.... As I was saying, it must be something on the Debian box because the pass through on the router seems to be working fine.. The router's log says GRE packets are getting through fine and when I port forward to the Windows 2003 Server (which as a VPN server), everything works fine and the tunnel holds. Its only when I port forward to the Debian box, that the connection drops out, the only other log I could find that showed up erros on the Debian box was the syslog: Here is the syslog (not the messages log) on the Debian box: Apr 11 18:38:03 vipatechnology pppd[3040]: MPPE 128-bit stateless compression enabled Apr 11 18:38:04 vipatechnology pppd[3040]: found interface eth0 for proxy arp Apr 11 18:38:04 vipatechnology pppd[3040]: local IP address 192.168.0.55 Apr 11 18:38:04 vipatechnology pppd[3040]: remote IP address 192.168.0.11 Apr 11 18:38:59 vipatechnology pptpd[3039]: CTRL: Received PPTP Control Message (type: 5) Apr 11 18:38:59 vipatechnology pptpd[3039]: CTRL: Made a ECHO RPLY packet Apr 11 18:38:59 vipatechnology pptpd[3039]: CTRL: I wrote 20 bytes to the client.
