#8 Flags do not appear correctly on Weekly Hitparade

When viewing the hitparade per week, the flags do
not always appear to be displaying correctly.

For example, on the only site I use that uses PPS
(http://wonko.com/dnetc), I am set up with an
Australian flag. On the By Email, By Day and By
Month pages, my flag appears correctly. On the By
Weekly page my flag appears as "Network".

Several of the email addresses for accounts on this
site (wonko.com) that exhibits the undesired
behaviour are dnetc at djackson dot net, h___ at
kamps dot org
