#3 png GNUplot output

Documentation needs to be created to show how to make GNUplot create png files instead of gif. A list of needed files (such as RPM) and instructions for compliling png support into GNUplot if required. This needs to be done before version 8.0 of ppstats is released. The ppstats.pl will have to be modified as well to reflect this change.

For version 7.1 it is done, and the file can be sownloaded
in the download section.

The "newer" versions of the gd-Library used by GNUplot,
always use png (as long as the libpng is found).

A make of GNUplot or the libgd for newer systems is not
needed, as all new distributions use the new versions (that
don't use gif in any way).
