Sample Scope Project

About a week before we had Evan, a gentleman named Rudolf Muehlbauer contacted me with some fantastic news. I've been meaning to share this, but I've been busy catching
naps and changing diapers. He has developed
the SampleScope (https://github.com/mru00/SampleScope) based on the PPMScope and has made his design available on GitHub.
Rudolf is a true gentleman and has worked hard developing the project in a short amount of time and has insisted I tell you that SampleScope is "an early development".

However, I am excited about his project and wanted to pass it on to those of you interested in the PPMScope. Some reasons you may want to consider the SampleScope
include:

Crossplatform PC Frontend (PPMScope is Windows Only and I've had little luck running it on Linux under Wine). If you want a Linux PC oscilloscope, this may be more
suited to your needs.

USB interface support. Though I am literally weeks away from releasing a USB interface, I will point out that I am adding USB and this project was concieved with USB
and uses a USB enabled microcontroller, the PIC18F4455.

Larger Sample Memory. 1024 Bytes instead of 256 Bytes.

All controls are in the PC frontend software. There are no switches and knobs on the box. This means a cheaper and simpler build. I think it takes some of the
coolness factor (I like knobs and switches) but for some people going from mouse/keyboard to a seperate box to operate different controls is a pain.

Again, I'd like to thank Rudolf for his contribution and I hope some of you find his project useful.
