Getting started with qpMerge

  1. qpMerge initial data objects
    • You need to provide a METADATA file (example METADATA) that describes the experimental variables
    • You need your data (example input) in a tabular or MzQuantML (this can capture METADATA without the need to specify it separately) format
  2. qpMerge as a Java library
  3. qpMerge as a command line tool
  4. qpMerge as plug-ins for Galaxy
