#1 Users locked out

User suddenly finds they can't login, changing password
does not seem to help.

As the administrator, I find I am still able to login both
using the most recent password and from the admin
screen, but the user cannot login.

Has anyone experienced this?

Any feedback would be gratefully received :-)
