PPCBoot-1.1.6 released

A new version of PPCBoot, labeled as PPCBOOT_1_1_6, is available on
the CVS and FTP servers.

- Grand Unifying I2C Interface Patch
- Major driver cleanup (especially PCI); remove redundand code
- JFFS2 filesystem support (read only)
