After wrestling with LaTex I have finally installed it. (The last time it was already there.)

Linux Kernal 2.6.11-6mnk i686
pp3-1.3.2-1tb.i386.rpm

I worked wonderfully the last time I had it installed.

Got to Log in as 'root'. Okay. Ran it.
No dvips. It should have been there. I installed it and ran the program again. 100% success!
