I'm sorry but I cannot reproduce the problem. Please send
me your labeldimens.dat, orion.log, and orion.tex files.
Does it only happen to flex labels?

Okay, the problem is that the misplaced labels have a zero
width in the labeldimens.dat file. I cannot say why this is
because it would need further investigation of the used
LaTeX preamble (and possibly the local LaTeX installation too).

I suggest to delete the labeldimens.dat file. If it doesn't
help, I need the wiki.tex file (unless it was unchanged) but
then it would become difficult to remote-debug anyway, I'm
afraid.
