#4 Support for Non-Javascript Browsers (like cell phones)?

Hi. I'm trying to use my mobile phone to access a site
via PHProxy. However, my mobile browser does not
support Javascript so PHProxy won't work.

Is there a way to disable PHProxy's use of Javascript --
even at the expense of functionality?
