In mozilla firefox I don't get an error - i just get
returned to the form page.

In IE I get: Fatal error: Non-static method
PHProxy::decode_url() cannot be called statically in
D:\Inetpub\Virtuals\...\admin\pb\PHProxy.class.php on
line 276

This happens when I type in a URL...

0.3 was working fine...

This is because you're running PHP5. It was discussed on on
Open Discussion, and one possible solution provided was to
upgrade PHP 5.0.5 or use PHP4 instead. A PHP5-only release
is probably due soon, but I cannot make any promises.
