This fixes issue with PowerPoint 2007 causing image filenames to be spoken. Also settings dialog works again.

No Longer ignores speed settings in control panel

PowerTalk is now listed in DMOZ (http://dmoz.org), the open directory project, under Computers/Speech_Technology/Speech_Synthesis/Desktop_Readers.

It also appears in the Google directory (http://directory.google.com) as Google uses DMOZ to provide content.
