Using RedHat Linux 6.2 + latest helix gnome
In version 0.8 when I choose the font -misc-fixed-medium-r-normal-*-*-200-*-*-c-*-iso8859-1
the screeen messes up.
It doesn't happen in gnome-terminal. In fact, I'm using this font in gnome-terminal and I wanted in in powershell, too.
That's the reason I thought it's a bug in powershell.

Hrm. Well, that does sound like a bug in powershell then. I know the fonts are screwy in powershell sometimes. Does it seem to happen when a program tries to write something in bold?
Also, please send me more information about your system (OS, libc version, gnome version, gtk version...)
