Stop Apache, run PowerServ4_ssl_update.exe and start Apache again. After it you will be able to call from browser https://127.0.0.1/
Test keys for testing included (you need to accept them) or you may generate your own.
(see conf/sslcert/key_generation.log)
To remove SSL see turn_off_ssl.txt

We moved on sourceforge.net from our old location with latest versions of Apache, PHP, Mysql and PhpMyadmin included in latest PowerServ v.4.0 :)
