I'm using KPowersave under Kde 3.5.9, version 0.7.3, and I'm having a strange
issue.
When I hit from the menu the option: "Suspend to RAM", kpowersave starts the
screensaver, but no suspension is done at all.
If I use instead the command:
echo mem > /sys/power/state
The suspension and recovery from the suspension works flawless.
Could you please what exactly does KPowersave to activate the "Suspend to RAM"
function, and if it's possible to check it on some config/log file and change
it if necessary?
I mean, is it possible to associate a shell script to the actio SUSPEND2RAM to
execute the above command?.
Thanks a lot.
David.
