Series 2 Circular Connector compatible mount for Anderson Power Pole connectors

Two parts -- they clamshell together to hold a mated pair of PP15-45
powerpole connector housings. The mount requires a 7/8" hole for the
body of the connector housing and four 4-40 clearance holes (0.125")
on 0.969" centers.
