[Powerpc-utils-devel] Released tarballs mistakes

Hi,
There are some mistakes in released tarball - included .git, missing 
install script, bad version in configure.ac...
These mistakes make tarball unusable without autoreconf and so on.
Stepan Kasal points me to Autotools tutorial - 
http://www.lrde.epita.fr/~adl/autotools.html. Probably Stepan would also 
provides some help.
