This project has changed from a ruby application to a java application. It is currently being coded in Netbeans 6.5.1 and cvs access has been setup. So far there is a base created and limited functionality is being developed.

Coders, Designers, and Testers are welcome. We are also open to feature requests especially while we are in the early stages of development.
