No tld files are avilable.so when jsp is accessed
following erro comes

java.io.IOException: cannot resolve '/WEB-
INF/pow2webgui.tld' into a valid tag library

you must have in the directory /WEB-INF/tld in your
application path, and see in web.xml if it is correct.
