      VOTE: tcl

I have to give this to TCL, as it has been exteremely important for the EcoLab and Minsky projects.

Runner up would be Macsyma - an oldie, but goody, and great to see it maintained as an open source project maxima. But as life turned out, I haven't needed computer algebra nearly as much recently as earlier in my career.
