After a number of years of dipping in/out of Linux, at the end of 2014 I tried again.
Tested: Linux Mint Cinnamon/Xfce, Zorin, Ubuntu, plus others briefly.
Then I discovered Linux Lite, after using Windows since 2.1 I was a die-hard Windows man.
Well Linux Lite changed that, the rest is history.
There are many distro's, but what did it for me:
1. It felt kind of familiar, especially with the LL "Unique Tools for Updating/Tweaking"
2. Support Forum,2nd to none, with very active Dev inputs/response, and first class mod's
3. The well maintained user guide leaves other Distro's at the starting gate.
Active user, Supporter
Replaced Windows XP/7/8 on 5 PC's...
Not looking back

I am using SharpDevelop as my only IDE for C# development on Windows.
I got used to it so much that I don't even bother to try any VisualStudio Express or Community version.
