I've selected the vendor mode, but it still doesn't show up in the devices box its also telling me that its "offline or receive buffer full" on the printout.

ive downloaded another POS software and it works ? not sure why it's not working on your software is there another download that needed to be done I've purchased this app twice already but still not working I've looked at the help section on the website, but it looks like an older version as my screen looks different.

There was an old desktop application, but if you bought the app you must have the new one. The help section is here https://sourceforge.net/p/posxp/wiki/help/ and you should see a screen like the one in the help section.
Unfortunately I can't help you in this way, if you want we can arrange a teamviewer session on your machine, I can't do more than this. Please email me by clicking on the Report a Bug link in the About section inside the app settings.

hi i cant see my epsom TM88V printer and cash draw in the devices box it shows up on my control panel but not on the posxp software

I'm sorry but I don't know what the problem could be. Try a factory reset by following these steps:

If that doesn't fix the problem the best way is to contact a local Epson dealer, they can give you support usually for free.
