devices not showing in devices box

    hi i cant see my epsom TM88V printer and cash draw in the devices box it shows up on my control panel but not on the posxp software

      This is very strange, did you follow this guide step by step?

      Please make sure the printer is in vendor mode.

      Did you experience any problem while executing those steps?

    I've selected the vendor mode, but it still doesn't show up in the devices box its also telling me that its "offline or receive buffer full" on the printout.

      I'm sorry but I don't know what the problem could be. Try a factory reset by following these steps:

      If that doesn't fix the problem the best way is to contact a local Epson dealer, they can give you support usually for free.

      What do you mean with "edit screen"? You can't edit anything in the Plugin box...

      I'm sorry but I can't help you remotely, try with another computer or with another printer if you can, this is a problem with your device or your system. If you have other questions send me an email.

    ive downloaded another POS software and it works ? not sure why it's not working on your software is there another download that needed to be done I've purchased this app twice already but still not working I've looked at the help section on the website, but it looks like an older version as my screen looks different.

      There was an old desktop application, but if you bought the app you must have the new one. The help section is here https://sourceforge.net/p/posxp/wiki/help/ and you should see a screen like the one in the help section.
      Unfortunately I can't help you in this way, if you want we can arrange a teamviewer session on your machine, I can't do more than this. Please email me by clicking on the Report a Bug link in the About section inside the app settings.
