Only the resulting DLLs can be found here: Download installer.
(The full project update is not yet available, neither oracle_fdw, ... to be continued).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I had to modify the Foreign Data Wrapper to make it compatible with PostgreSQL 9.2+ API. This is the fork of the work of ZhengYang on GitHub: my fork here.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
I've been testing the mysql_fdw64 compiled on postgresql 9.3 and 9.4 and I got the message "PostgreSQL93 / lib / mysql_fdw.dll '. The specified module Could not be found".
However, the compiled mysql_fdw32 worked fine.
I have tried to compile mysql_fdw for 64bits but I get errors about data type int64.
Could you help me to compile mysl_fdw for postgresql 9.4 and 64 bit?
Thank you in advance!

Water under the bridge since I compiled something using MinGW, but this
error is something I already encountered at the time. I just can't
remember the workaround. Could you post the entire error message,
please? This would help me to remember...

Just released Foreign Data Wrapper for ODBC (odbc_fdw). Here are the 64bit DLL, for both Postgresql 9.3 and 9.4:
Note: The source code for the 9.4 has been slightly modified to be compatible (compilable) with this version of Postgres...
Also it is planned to recompile the previously released (9.3) extensions for Postgresql 9.4...
It willl be great, thank you.
Is it possible to add to your package tds_fdw and redis_fdw too?
